Trisakti University, represented by the Dean of the Faculty of Industrial Technology, Dr. Rianti Dewi Sulamet-Ariobimo, and the Director of International Cooperation and Culture, Mr. Agus Guntoro, welcomed the Korean delegation on their campus and further facilitated this MoU extension to a previously-existing KMOUC-Usakti MoU.
This signing supports future collaborations between the two institutions in joint studies, capacity building, and scientific meetings to develop related fields in education and the offshore industry. Within the discussion, potential in decommissioning studies, knowledge sharing, Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) activities, emergency management services, and artificial intelligence were spotlighted.
KIORCC hopes to continue facilitate the implementation of mutually beneficial activities between KMOUC and Usakti, finding the importance of technology transfer, knowledge sharing, and capacity building exchanges essential to the development of the offshore industry in Indonesia.
